Super cozy stay!

The front desk staff were seriously friendly, made me feel right at home! My room was nice and tidy when I checked in. The bar was a chill place to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, my room didn't have a smart TV, so bring your own cable if you're hoping to stream shows.

Despite some small hiccups, my stay was delightful. The room was impeccable, offering a convenient microwave and fridge. The restaurant's breakfast was a highlight, full of delicious options. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. The free shuttle service was a bonus. I'll surely consider staying again during future visits.

I appreciated that the hotel was just a short walk from College Town Rochester, full of great dining choices, and I loved my leisurely stroll to Genesee Valley Park, where I enjoyed fantastic views and fresh air—the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city.

Comfortable room, exceptional service, with a clean bathroom and a very delicious breakfast menu made our stay enjoyable, and the free airport shuttle was a convenient bonus for our family.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our kids and small baby! The location was fantastic, making it easy to visit the National Museum of Play. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the coffee station in the lobby for late-night caffeine fixes.

In my wife’s opinion, we could have used better soundproofing in our room to keep the kids from waking up at any noise.

This was an excellent fit for a brief weekend stay in Rochester with outstanding value. The restaurant offered a great breakfast at a reasonable price, which really set us up for the day. Make sure to check out the other nearby dining options for variety.

I absolutely loved my stay! The cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and perfect for a family getaway. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh a la carte options and the kindest service that made us feel right at home.

New hotel vibe with a solid location near Strong Memorial Hospital, making it convenient for medical visits. A full-service restaurant offers decent food options, including delicious made-to-order omelets at breakfast.

Room cleanliness left something to be desired. noticeable grime around the sink and dusty baseboards were hard to overlook. The temperature control was a bit finicky, and the furniture showed signs of wear, looking old and scratched. Also, it would be nice to have a safe in the room and some plastic cups for drinks instead of just coffee cups.
